What FlipCue is

FlipCue estimates what a second-hand item might resell for, and what a marketplace's fees would take out of that. It is a research tool for your own buying decisions.

Estimates are estimates

FlipCue does not appraise anything. Every figure in the app is an estimate built from prices that comparable items are currently listed at, together with fee rates we publish in the app. Actual sale prices vary with condition, timing, photography, season, shipping and luck.

You are responsible for what you buy and what you pay. We are not liable for losses from decisions you make using FlipCue, including items that do not sell or sell for less than estimated.

Identification is automated and can be wrong, which is why the app tells you how confident it is. Treat a low-confidence result as a guess.

Fee rates are checked against each marketplace's published schedule and dated in Settings, but marketplaces change fees without notice and rates vary by category and seller status. Check your own account for what you will actually be charged.

Subscriptions

FlipCue includes a free trial of five scans over three days, starting from your first scan. Premium and Pro subscriptions remove that limit and add features described on the purchase screen.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before

the end of the current period.

• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the

current period.

• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
• If you take a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a

subscription.

• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us.

Paid plans are for normal individual use. Extremely high automated volume may be slowed temporarily so the service stays available to everyone.

Fair use

Do not use FlipCue to break the law, to scrape or resell our data, to reverse-engineer the service, or to submit content you have no right to submit. We can suspend access that damages the service for other people.

Not affiliated

FlipCue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or any other marketplace. Their names are used only to describe which fee model an estimate uses.

Service changes

We may change or discontinue features. Pricing data depends on third-party services that can change or become unavailable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipCue is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
